Most* new, unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and be in resalable condition (free of odor or damage to packaging).
If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact us by phone or email prior to returning the item. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Retail items including but not limited to: CPAP Cleaners/Sanitizers, CPAP Pillows, CPAP Wipes are non-returnable and non refundable, no exceptions.
*eXciteOSA: If you are not completely satisfied with the eXciteOSA therapy, contact us and you may return it to us for a full refund. All items with a satisfaction guarantee must be postmarked within 30 days of activating the device and in the original packaging.

Shipping & Turnaround Time:
Pure Medical Equipment & Service ships USPS Ground as standard practice.
If expedited shipping is required and/or requested it may be an additional cost to the customer. Please contact us for rates as it varies by customer location.
Standard turnaround time for retail purchases are 24 hours for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping to RI, MA, CT (other state shipping times may differ).
Items through insurance are shipped USPS Ground, unless it is not available in your area. Turnaround time varies by insurance requirements. Please contact our office for more details.
