You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and be in resalable condition(free of odor or damage to packaging)
Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis.
If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email PRIOR to returning the item.
Retail items including but not limited to: CPAP Cleaners/Sanitizers, CPAP Pillows, CPAP Wipes are non returnable and non refundable, no exceptions.
Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
eXciteOSA: If you are not completely satisfied with the eXciteOSA therapy, contact us and you may return it to us for a full refund. All Satisfaction Guarantee returns must be postmarked within 30 days of activating the device. All returned items must be in original packaging.

Many variables come into play regarding turnaround time and shipping. Pure Medical typically ships USPS Ground as standard
If expedited shipping is required and/or requested it may be an additional cost to the customer. Please contact us for rates as it varies by customer location(zip code)
Typical turnaround time for retail purchases are 24 hours for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping to RI, MA, CT (other state shipping times may differ)
Items through insurance are shipped USPS Ground, unless n/a in your area. Turnaround time varies by insurance requirements. Please contact our office for the best expectation.
